About Our Organization

The Florence Band Boosters are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization which is devoted to supporting the band program in the Fremont RE-2 school district. After the FHS band finished their marching season in 2019 as the state runner up, a group of interested parents met and formed the Florence Band Boosters. Since 2018 the Florence High School Howling Husky Pride has been a consistent top 4 finisher in the state of Colorado. The marchingBand consists of 64 high school students, the concert band consists of approximately XX students from both middle school and high school, the multiple level jazz ensembles consist of XX students from the middle school and high school, the volunteer pep band consists of XX students from both middle school and high school, and our beginner 6th grade band program consists of XX new students.  As we continue to place high in our competitions, we are expecting more growth in all areas of the band program.
